Job Description :-

* Software Implementation and Maintenance:

Managing the salon's Point of Sale (POS) system, appointment scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) system, and any other relevant software.

* Hardware Management:

Ensuring all computers, printers, networking equipment, and other hardware are functioning properly and are up-to-date.

* Data Security:

* Network Management:

Ensuring the salon's network is secure and reliable, allowing for smooth operations and internet access for staff and potentially clients. .

* Staff Training:

Providing training to salon staff on how to use the various technologies implemented in the salon.

Troubleshooting:

Website Management:

to enhance our salon's online presence, the IT Executive might be responsible for maintaining the website and ensuring it is functioning correctly.
