Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a skilled BMS Operator to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and operation of the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all BMS systems including CCTV, Door Access Control, Public Address Systems, Rodent repellent Sytems, Water Leak Detection Systems and Firefighting Systems
• Respond promptly to system alarms and faults.
• Perform regular system checks and generate reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain logs of daily operations and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related field.
• 6 months–1 year of experience operating BMS systems in commercial/residential buildings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
