As an SME Engineer specializing in Urea Decomposition Reactor, you will be the technical expert responsible for the design, calculation, product selection, and performance of Urea Mixer sub-systems within regional EATS programs. Throughout all TenPLUS phases of an EATS Product Development Cycle, you will own the release responsibility of these sub-systems. Your role will involve supporting the PE team to meet SME-specific program deliverables, leading technical activities related to Urea Mixer for EATS programs, and performing analytical calculations to ensure appropriate product selection based on the SOR (Statement of Requirements). You will be expected to generate solutions independently or seek advice from global experts, sharing these solutions with the PE team for further discussion with the customer. Additionally, you will lead or participate in discussions related to PDR (Preliminary Design Review) and PFR&A (Final Review and Approval) for assigned Mixer projects. It will be your responsibility to guide all activities towards fulfilling the Customer SOR requirements and ensuring that the quality and technical content of customer prototypes and validation samples align with the development status. As the primary technical contact for Urea Mixer within the EATS programs, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and meeting project milestones effectively.,
