Role Description • Overall 8+years of experience with SAP Ariba solution ( SAP Ariba Strategic sourcing, Contracting, Invoicing (P2P), Commerce Automation and Supply Chain collaboration) • Experience in Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing and Contracting modules • Knowledge and experience on design, build and test integration solutions between Ariba products and SAP ECC and S4HANA • Experience in CIG, CI9 integration method and ITK • Experience in Ariba guided Buying • Knowledge on Catalog management • Experience of creating functional specifications, test scripts and technical specifications for development and test development objects • Handled SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities • Defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents • Knowledge of Data Loads. • Experience in supplier on boarding Process in Ariba network • Ariba release features and packages • Knowledge on ticket handling tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc. • Knowledge on handling major incidents and Problem Management • Co-ordinate with Ariba product team for the cases raised on the product issue • Co-ordinate with other third party applications integrating Ariba Responsibilities: • You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives. • Ability to take full ownership and deliver component or functionality. • Supporting the team to deliver project features with high quality and providing technical guidance. • Responsible to work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success. • Lead, Manage and mentors the engagement team members. Mandatory skills* • Experience in SAP material management • Experience in Ariba API • Knowledge on Cloud Integration Desired skills* • Experience in CIG, CI9 integration method and ITK
