Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow our international client base. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling communication through email, social media platforms, and CRM tools. This role involves responding to inquiries, sharing product information, preparing quotations, and closing sales — all while ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage international client communications via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Respond promptly to product inquiries, send detailed quotations, and follow up regularly to close deals. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales using CRM or internal tools. Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Ensure excellent after-sales service and resolve client issues professionally. Prepare and share weekly sales reports with the management team. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably handling international clients. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Familiarity with using email, Excel, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn for business communication. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
