The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additional tasks include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also play a key role in training and development programs and maintaining HR records. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management Knowledge of developing HR policies and managing employee relations Understanding of labor laws and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently on-site in Navi Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
