Ltd. is seeking collaboration with a passionate Architect for the design and execution of various upcoming projects . The Architect will play a key role in creating biophilic and sustainable designs , blending innovation with functionality to enhance urban living spaces. Responsibilities include: Designing and planning architectural projects aligned with biophilic and sustainable principles. Collaborating with our team to develop creative design concepts and detailed architectural layouts. Overseeing project execution to ensure seamless integration of various building systems. Managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept to completion. Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Urbanbloom Realty Pvt. Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and Biophilic Architectural Design Experience in Project Management Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus
