The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. The tasks include presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Additionally, the executive will perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. The role also involves achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule, as well as analyzing the territory/market’s potential, tracking sales, and status reports. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Executive preferably in Water Purifiers, Vaccum cleaners or other home appliances Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven individual Excellent selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Experience working in the consumer products or water purification industry is a plus Proficiency in the regional language is beneficial
