Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Coordinate service requests, bookings, and updates in real time. Manage escalations with clarity, empathy, and promptness. Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Participate in BTL activities such as society stalls, door-to-door awareness campaigns, and event promotions. Distribute marketing materials and explain service offerings to potential customers. Track leads from BTL campaigns and follow up to convert them into bookings. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus). Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business tools. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with on-ground customer engagement and marketing. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends. Location: Hyderabad
