The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and target potential clients in the Chandigarh region through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback. Marketing Execute local marketing campaigns to promote products/services in the region. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content tailored to the regional audience. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local promotional events. Increase brand visibility across digital and offline channels in the region.
