Job Title: CRM Support Executive (Telecalling – Female Candidates Only) Job Description: We are looking for a part-time female CRM Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to both existing customers and potential buyers to gather feedback, understand purchase decisions, and inform them about our current offers and services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to 50 contacts daily (including buyers and non-buyers). Collect feedback from customers about their experience with our products and services. Call non-buyers to understand why they didn’t complete a purchase. Share information about current offers, discounts, and promotions. Maintain a record of call outcomes and report daily updates.
