1. 📱 Social Media • WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook • Status updates, reply to chats • Get new customers, follow-up existing potential clients • PDF & design sharing 2. 📞 Tele Calling • Follow up on contractors and customers • Share PDFs & latest available offers • Promotions & latest arrivals 3. 💰 Billing • Billing software or Pen & Paper • Take basic estimate / quotation on pen & paper or software • Make invoice on software • Payment entry in software 4. 📦 Order Processing • Send invoice to: (A) Customer, (B) Warehouse Staff, (C) Transporter • Assign transporter • Confirmation from transporter/warehouse staff on successful loading • Send updates of loading to customer • Receive payment before unloading 5. ⭐ Feedback • Take feedback on WhatsApp • Ask client to rate & review on Google Shift timing: 10 am to 8 pm with one day rotational week off
