Job Title: Sales And Marketing Executive Location: Bhiwandi Department: Sales And Marketing Reporting To: DGM – Sales and Marketing Experience Required: 3-5 years in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain roles Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Create and manage daily dispatch schedules aligned with customer requirements. Arrange vehicles for dispatch from multiple locations. Share daily dispatch mails with logistics partners. Coordinate with transporters and update Transport MIS. Track and update delivery status from godowns. Handle POD updates and maintain records. Perform daily invoicing as per dispatch schedule and customer-specific needs (DC Invoicing). Prepare E-way bills in alignment with invoicing and delivery challans. Manage invoicing and Tally entries for various locations including AFM and other unit. Coordinate invoice preparation with PDIR and production team. Monitor logistics stock and daily production stock status. Assist sales plan preparation. Generate and update sales reports. Create Sales Orders (SO) in ERP and ensure order follow-up. Track delivery performance and update customers via email. Maintain and share 4M Change Record Sheets with customers. Monitor customer-specific QPPM and analyze rejections. Update CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), SQM (Supplier Quality Manual), and VPR (Vendor Performance Reports). Prepare and manage supplementary bills, monthly outstanding details, and business schedule follow-ups. Handle specific billing such as Unitech Monthly Bills, Kathua Bills, and logistics bills. Update GRN details and AFM pending orders. Maintain other relevant documents as needed for audit or compliance. Ensure timely communication and coordination with all stakeholders—internal departments, transporters, and customers.
