Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Manage room reservations and ensure accuracy in booking details. Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Assist guests with information about the property, local area, and services. Handle payments, billing, and maintain accurate records. Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: Prior experience as a receptionist/front office associate is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and local languages. Proficient in computer systems (MS Office, PMS software preferred). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in shifts. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
