Job Title: Title Examination Manager US Mortgage (Title Side: Search & Examination) Experience: 10+ years | Team Size Managed: 2025 members Reports To: Senior Manager Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (Work from Home) Job Summary: Seeking a results-driven Title Examination Manager to lead a team in handling U.S. mortgage title operations. The role demands expertise in title search and examination, team leadership, quality assurance, and client relationship management. Core Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end title examination processes, including document review, risk identification, and issue resolution. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 20+ examiners to achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Monitor quality, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Provide regular reports on performance metrics; address gaps and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction. Drive hiring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to risk management, data security, and organizational policies.
