Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder (Part-Time – Remote)

CodeInventiv Solutions is an IT software company specializing in website development, mobile apps, full-stack development (.NET, React, Azure), eCommerce solutions, and cloud services.

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us acquire quality projects through online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, PPH
• Write high-quality proposals
• Send 8–15 bids per day
• Follow up on leads and messages
• Understand client requirements and schedule calls
• Maintain daily bidding report
• Coordinate with the founder for project discussions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile, full-stack)
• Ability to work 3–5 hours daily
• Self-motivated and target-driven
