Job Title: Online Bidder-Digital Marketing
Location: Panchkula, Sector 20
Experience: 6 months – 3 years

We are hiring a female Online Bidder for our new branch in Phase 2, Mohali. As a female-led organisation, we are specifically looking for a female candidate to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant projects on freelance platforms like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer that align with the company’s expertise.
• Generate B2B leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo (Email Marketing), and social media channels.
• Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals to win client projects.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project details and expectations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services to present them accurately in bids.
• Manage multiple proposals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of experience in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork experience preferred).
• Candidates with experience in bidding on SEO projects will be given preference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with freelance platforms and remote work culture.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
