Position Summary The Webinar & Event Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of both physical and online events for the Uptiq.ai sales team in the USA. This role focuses on driving meaningful engagement and lead generation through effective on-ground event management and impactful webinar experiences. The position is responsible for internal and external communication, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless and successful brand representation at all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Event Logistics & Coordination Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of on-ground conferences, trade shows, and sales-driven events in the USA, including communicating with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate booth setup requirements, including working with graphic designers to develop artwork and ordering branded merchandise and collateral for the sales team. Arrange all event logistics: venue contracts, travel, accommodations, shipments, and compliance with event policies. Digital Assets & Landing Pages Create and maintain event landing pages to facilitate pre-booking of meetings and track attendee engagement. Collaborate with the design and web teams to ensure consistent branding and seamless user experience on digital touchpoints. Oversee the registration process and manage attendee communications before and after events. Webinar Management Coordinate and produce online webinars, including securing and briefing guest speakers, managing schedules, and setting up online platforms. Develop and launch webinar landing pages for registration, actively managing attendee lists and follow-up communications. Facilitate the technical setup and rehearsal of each online event to ensure a professional broadcast and smooth participant experience. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, sales stakeholders, external partners, and vendors during event and webinar planning/execution. Collect and present post-event analytics and attendee feedback to optimize future events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience managing B2B events, webinars, or conferences—preferably in a tech/SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience creating event/webinar landing pages and managing event logistics from start to finish. Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills; high attention to detail. Proficient with event/webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and creative collaboration tools. Desired Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solver; experience working with design and digital teams. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel domestically as required.
