Business Development Executive (B2B) – BPO / IT / Solutions Selling Delhi Cantonment 2 years INR 9.6 - 18.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, preferably from the BPO, IT, SaaS, or Solutions Selling sectors. The role focuses on building business with companies based in US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and target B2B prospects across US, UK, Canada, Australia. Execute outbound sales strategies via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations with C-level executives. Understand client business challenges and propose outsourcing or technology solutions. Work closely with internal pre-sales, operations, and technical teams to create proposals. Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and deal closing. Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools. Requirements: 2 to 5+ years of international B2B sales experience in BPO / IT / SaaS / Solutions Selling. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Proven ability to generate qualified leads and close deals with international clients. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience selling outsourcing or IT services to US/UK/Canada/Australia clients. Existing network or contacts in target regions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
