We offer a dual-benefit platform that combines industry-relevant courses with monthly wellbeing sessions. Additionally, we provide free access to certified psychological counselling to support the holistic growth of our users. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Wellness Consultant. The Wellness Consultant will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions, offering psychology courses, and driving sales. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their academic needs and develop personalised plans to help them achieve their wellness goals after pursuing certification, diploma and degree courses. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales skills Experience in Wellness and Coaching Training skills and the ability to conduct effective sessions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in e-learning or the mental health sectors is a plus Relevant certification or degree in wellness, psychology, or related field Compensation and Perks CTC: 3 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentive Location: Work from Home Growth and Learning Environment 6 days working Health benefits Holistic Work Environment
