Job Description – Telecaller (UpSkill Overseas) We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team at UpSkill Overseas , a leading study abroad consultancy and test preparation center. As a Telecaller, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact for students and parents interested in pursuing overseas education. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into walk-ins or scheduled appointments. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads from our database, introducing our coaching programs and visa services, and encouraging them to take the next steps toward studying abroad.
