Thank you ups for messing all my plans up, I when you pay for next day shoo-in and the shipping is only 2 hours away it is to be expected to be there the next day, congrats on pissing off another person. If I had a choice not to use UPS I would. Zero starts

What a trash company. If you’re gonna privatize Mail, do it well. Sometimes people want the things they order to be there when you say it will be. How hard is it really?

Please fix the customer service connection on the locker outside. You can’t even hear the representative and it cuts off every time you try to connect.

Very bad delivery system...Why carrier is not calling to the client...telephone call will take 1 minute or less and delivery again can take one hour or more plus cost of transportation.
