I would give it negative five stars if possible. Worst delivery. Every time i order stuff, no matter if i pay for next day, or fastest delivery available. It always arrives the day off delivery but usually between 8pm-9pm. Why would i want my item at that time? Can't trust UPS

Worst customer service I have ever received. They handed a package off to the post office, and when it was not delivered days after the "scheduled" delivery, they basically told me it was not their problem anymore once they gave it to the post office. It's amazing that a company whose job is to deliver packages is so inept at it.

UPS lost our package. After over a month of "investigation" they told us to discuss the matter with the UPS store who initially received the package. It is impossible to talk to UPS Headquarters, they are acting like they are not responsible. USE FEDEX.

Horrible Service! 4 months of delay in delivery, and after all they claim to be paid as a Express courier! It s look like the bad reviews from all around the world confirmed that UPS don't care about the custumer satisfaction!
