WhatsAppWhatsApp Modinity is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in HOME AND KITCHEN, STATIONARIES. We sell on major online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our sales on these platforms.Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Handle daily operations, listing management, and performance tracking on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Product Listings: Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversions. Pricing & Promotions: Plan and implement competitive pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies. Advertising & Marketing: Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive sales. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Performance Analysis: Track sales reports, analyze competitor data, and suggest strategies for growth. Customer Support & Reviews: Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback to improve brand reputation. Compliance & Policy Updates: Stay updated with marketplace policies to avoid penalties and improve store rankings.Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho). Strong knowledge of marketplace policies, SEO, and advertising tools (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Advertising). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools. Experience in handling customer service and order fulfillment. Analytical mindset with a focus on driving sales and conversions.
