A. Company Description Upahar is a growing printing and personalized gifting brand based in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. We specialize in high-quality ID cards, digital printing, laser-cut products, and customized corporate and personal gifts. With a focus on quality, creativity, and timely delivery, Upahar aims to become Raigarh’s most trusted and premium printing solutions provider. B. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Upahar, Raigarh. The Graphic Designer will create and prepare print-ready designs for ID cards, visiting cards, brochures, banners, stickers, gift items, T-shirts, and branding materials. Responsibilities include developing concepts, maintaining brand consistency, applying effective typography, and ensuring accurate artwork for various printing processes. The role also requires close coordination with the production team to achieve high-quality output aligned with project requirements. C. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory) • Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred • Knowledge of print layouts, color management, and typography • Ability to develop creative concepts and clean, production-ready files • Strong attention to detail and time management • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines • Prior experience in a printing press or design studio is an advantage • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design is preferred, but not mandatory
