We are looking for a passionate and people-centric Client Relationship Manager to be the bridge between our company and our client's dreams. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and people-loving individual to be the bridge between our couples and our creative team. If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, loves details, and can turn client dreams into smooth, stress-free journeys, this role is for you! Roles: Be the first friendly face (or voice!) for our clients across calls, emails, and WhatsApp Guide couples through their journey with us, from first hello to final delivery! Collaborate with our photo, video, and planning teams to make magic happen Keep track of timelines, mood boards, and all those little details that matter big time Support with contracts, onboarding, and ensuring everything runs effortlessly Be the go-to person for queries, updates, and celebrations along the way You’ll thrive here if you: Have 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (weddings/hospitality is a big plus) Are an excellent communicator (English + Hindi/other languages welcome!)
