You will be responsible for building and scaling the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Engine for our Fintech Client in Mumbai. Your main tasks will include designing growth loops such as referrals, gamification, and onboarding, driving in-product engagement, and leading retention experiments through a structured experimentation engine. In this role, you will also be required to drive high-performance paid acquisition strategies. This involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and influencer networks, with a particular focus on Tier 2/3/4 markets. You will be managing key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Additionally, you will lead growth experimentation by writing growth briefs, defining hypotheses, and collaborating cross-functionally to run A/B tests. Your ability to iterate quickly and scale winning growth motions will be crucial for success in this position. As part of your responsibilities, you will own analytics and growth tooling. This includes selecting and implementing tools like Firebase, WebEngage, and Mixpanel. You will also be tasked with building dashboards and frameworks to monitor core growth metrics, including activation, adoption, and churn rates. Furthermore, you will drive data-backed decisions by partnering with the data team to perform cohort and funnel analysis. Your insights will help uncover growth opportunities and drive continuous improvements in referral and merchant activation rates. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a growth, product marketing, or performance role within a consumer tech or fintech startup. Experience with launching or owning product-led growth features or loops is essential. Proficiency in performance platforms like Meta/Google Ads, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, and analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and SQL is required. A strong product sense and comfort with cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams are also necessary. Experience in building or running an experimentation system will be advantageous for this position.,
