Role Overview As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience throughout their health journey with us. You will handle onboarding, provide ongoing support, resolve concerns, and help customers get the most out of our personalised nutrition services. Key Responsibilities • Onboard new customers and guide them through the personalised nutrition process. • Build strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Coordinate with internal teams (nutritionists, lab, operations) to resolve issues quickly. • Educate customers on their personalised nutrition plans and encourage adherence. • Monitor customer progress and proactively reach out to ensure continued engagement. • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or customer support (preferably in health, wellness, nutrition, or related industries). • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English – both written and spoken. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts efficiently. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
