Role Responsibilities Sourcing of loan proposals from those families that are financially excluded. To conduct “village mapping” To conduct “general meeting” To conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT); minimum 2 CGT / Pre GRT / GRT to be conducted per day To collect installments as per demand sheet (CDS) To check 100% LUC after 3 subsequent center meetings Soft Skills High energy, agility to take targets, Negotiations Skills. Local Knowledge Must be resident of the area assigned Mobility Should have two wheeler or driving license Communication Skills Ability to read and respond in English, mandatorily understands and speaks Local Language Can articulate and has clarity on information provided Logical Ability Able to respond logically to standard on job scenarios(Collections/sales) Should be able to gauge the Credit worthiness of a customer and decide on the case accordingly Computer Skills Should be familiar with writing email, basic data entry. Should be able to use TAB/ HHD Should be aware of Smart phone uses Service Orientation End-to-end responsibility for ongoing relationships; including the one with consumers Assertive ,persuasive, negotiation ability, Shift time -6am - 4pm week off - 1 Rotational week off
