Tele-caller for Sales Position Summary: As a Tele caller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate telephonic conversations with existing and prospective clients to generate sales opportunities. You will be tasked with obtaining and updating contact details of individuals to maintain accurate records. Attending team meetings will be essential to discuss progress, align with performance expectations, and contribute to team objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Initiate telephonic conversations with existing and prospective clients to promote and sell products or services. ● Obtain and update lists of individuals' contact details to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Attend team meetings to report on progress, discuss strategies, and align with performance-related expectations. ● Follow communication scripts and guidelines to present products or services persuasively and effectively. ● Handle objections and provide accurate information regarding products or services. ● Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors. Qualifications: ● Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone. ● Persistent and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. ● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Personal Attributes: ● Persuasive and confident demeanor with a positive attitude. ● Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
