Key Responsibilities Laying tiles in grids, patterns, diagonal layouts, and feature designs. Executing perfect 90° corners, edge alignment, and clean joint finish. Skilled at granite installation, including: Nosing, Edge chamfering / bullnose, Skirting, Staircase treads & risers, Countertops, Cut-outs and openings. Cutting and finishing large-format tiles with precision. Ensuring tile levelness using leveling clips, spacers, wedges, etc. Preparing surface, building slope, and applying mortar/adhesive correctly. Mixing and applying grout, sealant, silicone, and edge fillers neatly. Repairing chipped or cracked tiles / granite. Coordinating with site engineer to follow layout drawings. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in tile and granite laying. Must know pattern work, 90° joints, edge finishing, and nosing techniques.
