Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Joint Roller . The Joint Roller will be responsible for rolling joints with precision, maintaining quality, ensuring accurate weight and measurements, and following safety protocols. The Joint Roller will need to keep the workspace clean and organized, follow a set schedule, and work efficiently to meet production goals. Qualifications Precision and attention to detail skills Experience working with hands and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures Basic understanding of quality control and measurements Ability to mtime management and punctuality Comfortable working in a regulated and safety-focused environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
