You should have 10 to 15 years of experience, with a preference for experience with IB School. Your main responsibilities will include: College Application Guidance: - Assisting students in understanding the college application process, including application forms, deadlines, and requirements. - Helping students with essay writing, resume building, and preparing for interviews. University Meetings and Liaison: - Organizing and conducting meetings with university representatives to gather information about programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and campus life. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with university admissions offices to facilitate student applications. Workshops and Seminars: - Planning and executing workshops and seminars on topics such as college selection, application processes, scholarship opportunities, and career planning. Information Resource Management: - Maintaining up-to-date information on colleges, universities, and scholarship opportunities. Collaboration with School Staff: - Working closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to identify students in need of additional support. - Participating in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students" progress and college application strategies. Documentation and Reporting: - Keeping accurate records of counselling sessions, student progress, and college applications. - Preparing reports and updates for school administration on the college counselling program's effectiveness. - Being well versed with CIALFO College application platform and ensuring timely dispatch of all school documents to universities. - Assisting in conducting and proctoring SAT, CMEC, and other external exams if held in PWS campus.
