Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT), Finance, Commerce or equivalent; postgraduate degree a plus. 0‑5 years of experience in payments operations, digital payments / fintech merchant services, or payment gateway environment. Good understanding of UPI‑based payments, QR code payments, bank app payments, reconciliation flows, settlement mechanics. Familiar with APIs/SDKs, web integration basics (REST, JSON/XML), able to liaise with developers. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to monitor metrics and identify anomalies. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) to interact with internal teams, merchants, banks and payment partners. ORAL Care Product Development (Agaro Electric Toothbrush & Agaro Electric Flossers) Lead the end-to-end development of the electric Oral Care products concept, design, prototyping, testing, tooling, and production. Translate user needs and market research into technical specifications and design requirements. Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and cost efficiency.
