Unity Software Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining products using Unity and .NET, as well as C# Scripting. You will architect both high-level and low-level systems by utilizing Object-Oriented Design Principles & Data-Oriented [ECS] Unity methodologies. As an active member of an agile, cross-functional team, you will collaborate effectively. You should be able to independently experiment and provide solutions to challenging problems while also offering direct user support when necessary. It is important to continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience along with at least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably Unity-focused, with a minimum of 2 shipped Unity-based games/apps on cross-platforms. You must possess deep, hands-on expertise with the Unity Engine and C# development, and have a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Proficiency with Git, Rider, REST, and C# is essential, along with knowledge and application of iterative software development practices. A strong foundation in logic, mathematics, and analytical problem-solving is required, as well as exposure to all stages of the development pipeline or a willingness to take on end-to-end responsibilities. An eagerness to learn, teach, and mentor others, along with excellent communication skills, will be highly valued. It would be beneficial if you are familiar with Unity DOTS & ECS and have an understanding of multiplayer/networked systems such as Netcode for GameObjects/Entities, Photon, etc. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, Java, SQL/Oracle, and best practices would also be advantageous.,
