We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong generalist background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions and statutory compliance, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist Role Handle day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESIC, etc.). Factory Act & Audits – Knowledge of Factory Act, labor welfare, and safety provisions. ISO Documentation & HR Audit Readiness Payroll & Attendance Management – Oversee attendance systems, leave records, and monthly payroll. Performance Management – Assist in goal setting, KRAs, appraisals, and performance review processes. Employee Engagement – Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement programs. Grievance Handling – Support employees and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.
