Coordinate with clients during site visits. Address queries and provide accurate information about the project/site. Maintain good customer relations and ensure client satisfaction. Accompany potential clients/customers to project sites. Explain project details (layouts, specifications, pricing, amenities, etc.). Ensure site is well-prepared and presentable before visits. Support the sales/marketing team by converting site visits into leads or sales. Assist in promotional activities during visits. Maintain follow-up with clients after visits. Record client details, visit feedback, and follow-up requirements. Prepare daily/weekly site visit reports. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for updates.
