Key Responsibilities: Perform car detailing services including washing, polishing, waxing, coating, and PPF installation. Assist in advanced services like Graphene Coating, Ceramic Coating, and Hydrodip. Carry out basic vehicle repair work (minor mechanical & electrical jobs, small fixes, general checks). Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure high-quality standards. Handle tools, machines, and materials with care and follow workshop safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area. Work in a team to deliver services efficiently and on time. Assist during customer vehicle handovers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in car detailing / automobile workshop preferred (training will be provided for freshers). Knowledge of polishing, buffing, PPF application, coating process, and basic vehicle repairing is an advantage. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Job Role: Service Advisor We are seeking confident and professional Service Advisors who can build trust with customers, explain services, and ensure smooth operations between clients and technicians. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their vehicle detailing/repair requirements. Explain available services (PPF, Graphene & Ceramic Coating, Polishing, Hydrodip, etc.) with confidence. Prepare job cards, estimate costs, and manage customer approvals. Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely and accurate service delivery. Conduct quality checks before handing over the vehicle to customers. Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups. Maintain customer records and ensure a high satisfaction rate. Upsell premium services and packages to maximize customer value. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Relationship Executive preferred (Automobile/Car Detailing industry). Strong communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic technical knowledge of car detailing and minor vehicle repair. Ability to handle customers politely and confidently. Job Role: To clean, wash and detail customer vehicles (inside & outside) as per company standards. Key Responsibilities: Exterior washing, shampooing, drying of vehicles. Interior cleaning: vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, seat cleaning. Assist in polishing, waxing, ceramic/graphene coating preparation. Maintain cleanliness of tools, chemicals & workspace. Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all processes. Requirements: Basic knowledge of car washing or willingness to learn. Physically fit and able to work on feet all day. Punctual, disciplined and hardworking attitude. Team player and ready to take instructions from senior staff.
