We are currently looking for Head - Legal & Arbitration to be designated as Sr. General Manager / General Manager to coordinate and be responsible for all the arbitration matters related to the business of the company in the construction, contracting, mass housing domain. The organizations business portfolio is linked largely to government tenders and working for construction contracts for various states and PSUs in India. The role will cover single point responsibility for all aspects of documentation, strategy planning, appointment and briefing of Counsels with respect to all arbitration matters within the company. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is a Civil Engineer with an LLB and a strong background of handling arbitration from a techno commercial perspective in the manufacturing - contracting domain. This is a senior role, based at Pune @ the clients corporate office and reports to the senior leadership within the organization.
