Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate for our UHC (UnitedHealthcare) process, where you will play a crucial role in providing support to our US healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat support for U.S. healthcare members and providers
• Resolve queries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and authorizations
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
• Provide first-contact resolution and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Excellent C1-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong comprehension and customer handling skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or prior experience in U.S. healthcare process is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or Undergraduates with relevant communication skills
• Flexible to work in night shifts (US timings)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
