Guest Experience & Game Floor Management Greet and assist visitors, explain and help resolve play‑related issues. Monitor gaming stations for proper function and safety; perform minor resets and cleaning as needed. Social Media & Community Engagement Create and post short-form content videos of gameplay, highlight events, snack specials, etc. on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook. Respond to customer comments and messages through these channels within standard operating hours. Accounts & Financial Administration Reconcile daily sales (snacks, game tokens/cards, merchandise), and prepare simple shift financial summaries. Snack Preparation & Service Operate the snack bar: Prepare light refreshments such as Maggie, Pasta, shakes, cookies, etc., following basic recipes and hygiene standards. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE QUALIFICATION Minimum 12th grade pass or Bachelors degree in any stream . Freshers can apply. Basic familiarity with social media platforms; experience in content creation is a plus. Friendly, energetic, and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks under peak‑hour pressure. Basic math skills for cash handling and accounts reconciliation.
