Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, visit potential customers, close sales, and achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, willing to travel to different locations, and motivated by incentives. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Visit customer locations (homes, businesses, sites) to understand requirements and present company products/services. Conduct product presentations, explain features, pricing, and benefits. Maintain follow-ups with prospects until closure. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounts) for smooth execution. Give reports on daily sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively and meet customers in different areas. Target-driven with a passion for earning incentives. Positive attitude and problem-solving approach. Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM, or MS Excel (preferred). 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
