Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unisex Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair for both men and women. You must be passionate about hair care, up to date with the latest trends, and capable of delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Cut, style, and groom hair for male and female clients. Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments. Offer hair treatments such as straightening, keratin, smoothing, or rebonding. Provide consultations to clients about styles, trends, and hair care. Shave, trim, and shape beards and moustaches (for male clients). Wash and condition clients' hair as part of the service. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools, chairs, and workstations. Upsell salon products and treatments when appropriate. Stay updated on the latest hair styling techniques and trends. Ensure a pleasant customer experience and build a loyal client base. Requirements: Proven work experience as a unisex hairdresser or hairstylist. Formal training or certification in hairdressing (preferred). Knowledge of hair types, hair care products, and styling techniques. Ability to work with all genders and age groups. Good communication and customer service skills. Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required. Work Schedule: Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based Must be available during peak salon hours, including weekends.
