Job Summary The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving pharmaceutical product sales and generating leads over the phone, connecting with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and promote the company's offerings. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical products and services being sold. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales: Contact potential and existing healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists) to identify needs and persuade them to purchase pharmaceutical products. Product Promotion: Provide detailed information about company products, new releases, and promotions in an engaging and informative way. Order Processing: Accurately take and process customer purchase orders, ensuring smooth execution. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and call volume goals. Information & Feedback: Provide product recommendations, answer queries, and relay customer feedback to relevant stakeholders. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and purchase orders in the company's CRM system. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to effectively position company offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience. Experience: Previous telesales or pharmaceutical sales experience is a strong plus. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Product Knowledge: Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management skills.
