As a CyberArk Support Engineer at L2 level, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for CyberArk PAM/PIM solutions. This includes handling components such as EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex system issues and address escalations from L1 support in a timely manner. It will also be crucial for you to create detailed documentation for incident resolution and develop knowledge articles to enhance the team's collective expertise. Collaboration with CyberArk product teams will be essential for resolving advanced issues effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining and upgrading CyberArk environments, ensuring their optimal performance. Monitoring system health and performance will be part of your routine tasks, and you will also be required to participate in on-call rotations to address critical support issues as they arise. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience working with CyberArk PAM/PIM solutions. Possessing CyberArk Trustee/Defender/Sentry certification is a must. A strong grasp of privileged access security concepts, along with hands-on experience in Windows/Linux server administration, will be beneficial. Knowledge of infrastructure components such as AD, LDAP, and networking is essential. Additionally, proficiency in working with Connectors, CP & CCP is highly desirable. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are imperative for success in this position. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. This role will be based in Mumbai or Chennai, and you will be required to work in rotational shifts from the office.
