As a Concept Artist at our company, you will be responsible for developing artistic elements that form the artistic representation of ideas, serving as inspiration and references for the project's creative direction. You will play a crucial role in establishing the style of the project and ensuring consistency across all art production elements such as Environment, Character, UI, etc. Working under the guidance of the Art Director, you will maintain a consistent style, make revisions as necessary, and collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm task direction and work consistency. Your primary duties will include producing environment concept art and in-game mock-ups with a particular focus on lighting and post effects. You will implement feedback from the Art Director and Leads into your work, effectively communicate visual intentions to the art department, and provide support to the Lead Artist and/or Art Director in various ad hoc tasks. It is essential to have a solid understanding of best practices, production pipelines, and workflows in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with exceptional drawing and conceptualization abilities that allow you to adapt to established styles.
