Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to ensure effective field coverage and customer engagement. Territory Management: Develop and execute area sales plans in line with company strategies and goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), institutions, and distributors. Product Promotion: Ensure consistent and effective communication of product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Maintain and submit accurate records of sales calls, customer visits, and business outcomes through CRM or reporting tools. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
