Testing and Analysis: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished products using instrumental methods (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF titrator) and wet chemistry techniques (titrations). Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and other required documents to record test results and ensure product quality. Regulatory Compliance: Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure adherence to cGMP, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and FDA regulations. Stability Studies: Monitor the stability of products by analyzing stability study samples over time to ensure shelf life and product integrity. Instrument Maintenance and Calibration: Ensure that all laboratory equipment and instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly. Problem-Solving: Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Production teams to investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Sample Testing: Perform tests on process validation and cleaning validation samples (e.g., rinse samples, swab samples) to ensure process control and safety.
