Job Description – Telecaller (Sales – Digital Marketing Services) Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive Location: BS-910, Galaxy Diamond Plaza, Noida Extension 201009 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (in Telecalling / Sales) Key Responsibilities: Cold calling & follow-ups to generate leads for Digital Marketing Services. Explain company’s services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development etc.) to prospective clients. Maintain database of leads, update daily call reports & manage follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth. Build & maintain strong relationships with clients. ✅ Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 Year (in Tele calling/ Sales- Digital Marketing Services or B2B Sales) Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi + Basic English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM / Tally software). Ability to handle objections & convert leads into sales. Target-driven and self-motivated.
