Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection through various recruitment portals. Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws. Maintain and update HR MIS reports, handle HR compliance tasks, and manage day-to-day HR activities. Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, performance management support, and exit formalities. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Conduct exit interviews and oversee full & final settlements. Administer payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and time office functions. Handle statutory compliance, labor law documentation, and general administrative responsibilities. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in any stream or a diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations. 0–2 years of experience in a Human Resources function. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Good presentation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working with HRMS systems and emerging HR technologies.
